Metric Engineering, Inc. is pleased to welcome Carlo Amato to the Metric Family. Carlo will serve as Human Resources Director, based out of Metric’s Corporate Headquarters in Miami.
Earning his MBA at LaSalle University, Carlo has over 30 years of experience in human resources, spanning multiple Fortune 500 companies. With an emphasis on building teams and mentoring talent to drive top performance throughout organizations, Carlo’s expertise encompasses employee relations, organizational development, talent management & acquisition, and diversity & inclusion.
