“The 2025 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system upgrade was a major effort led by a small team that needed to balance many responsibilities. What stood out most was the support we received throughout the process.
After the project was completed, people across the company, from Production to Corporate and from leadership to peers, reached out to thank the implementation team. That recognition meant a lot and reminded me that hard work, teamwork, and commitment are seen and appreciated at Metric.
This is one of the many experiences I will remember from my time at Metric. Thank you, Metric Team!”
