Carlos Rodriguez serves as a Vice President and is the South Florida Regional Manager directly in charge of the South Florida Production Office including PD&E, Roadway Design, Traffic Operations, and Environmental Services. Carlos is a homegrown leader having spent his career at Metric and is a major contributor to spearheading the statewide growth of Metric’s PD&E group.Carlos has worked on most the firm’s major PD&E Studies including some of Florida’s most challenging and controversial PD&E’s. One of these success stories includes the FDOT District 6, I-395 (SR 836 / I-95) PD&E Study which prompted the Federal Highway Administration to invite Metric to present in Washington DC to the Transportation Research Board. As one of Metric’s leaders, Carlos is an effective communicator and ensures team members are well positioned for continued personal and professional growth.
