Veronica Benitez, Psy. D has been part of the Metric family, literally, for all her life. Under the wing of founder and former CEO, Victor M. Benitez, PE, she has entered this role with a unique understanding of Metric and its roots. She earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from Nova Southeastern University, which has truly prepared her to focus on what drives any organization—it’s people. Her vision is to keep Metric strong and moving forward…promoting the values that make Metric a unique place to work, while carrying on our vision of innovation and growth. “I truly want to create and support a community and work family that will prioritize loyalty, integrity, and honesty as part of our company culture,” she states. Veronica and her husband, Alex, reside in Miami with their three children.
