Robert Linares serves as a Senior Vice President and oversees PD&E, Roadway Design, Traffic Operations, and Environmental service lines in South Florida. He has years of experience in technical planning and production, and manages several engineering disciplines, provides project oversight, mentoring for developing staff, and oversees client needs. With over 20 PD&E studies in his portfolio, Robert has dedicated most of his professional career to building the PD&E service line throughout the State of Florida and still has a passion for this type of work. Some of his noteworthy project experience includes: FDOT District 6 I-395 PD&E Study, the SR 836 PD&E Study from NW 17th Avenue Interchange to Midtown Interchange, the Okeechobee Road PD&E Study (FICE 2017 PD&E of the Year Award) and the I-395/SR 836 /I-95 Signature Bridge Reconstruction Design Build project.
