Shawn Bertram brings more than 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure, land development, and public works throughout Texas. As Senior Vice President of Metric’s Texas Division, he leads the firm’s expansion across the region, drawing on his extensive background delivering complex transportation, drainage, water/wastewater, and community infrastructure projects. A licensed Professional Engineer, Shawn has built and led high-performing teams of more than 300 professionals and brings strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and deep client partnerships to support Metric’s continued growth and commitment to serving communities throughout Texas.
