SR 30 (US 98) at State Road 368 at 23rd Street Phase 1 & 2

This project consists of the construction of an elevated roadway (bridge and MSE walls) over existing railroad and the entrances to the Port of Panama City and Gulf Coast State College, construction of temporary and permanent signalized intersections, installation of temporary and permanent drainage systems with a new retention pond and outfall. There will be new at-grade roadway segments and ramps, utility relocation, clearing and grubbing and extensive Public Involvement media campaigns and news releases.
