This PD&E project involved the preparation of an Alternative Corridor Evaluate (ACE) and evaluation of numerous corridors that would alleviate traffic along US 90 in downtown Milton. This study had a class of action of Environmental Assessment and included an Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation due to impacts to historic resources, bridge replacement over a tidally influenced waterway, and formal consultation with USFWS and SHPO.
