The purpose of this planning study is to provide services to further the District’s Congestion Management and TSM&O master planning efforts and implementation of corridor-oriented projects throughout the district. Primary tasks of this contract include project management; developing goals, objectives and measures (GOMs); data collection and analysis; prepare white papers on status of automated, connected, electric, and shared (ACES) vehicle technologies; develop a TSM&O strategy matrix which define what problem is being solved (i.e. mobility, safety, reliability, etc.); TSM&O needs assessment which will help map out an Action Plan for prioritization of projects; assist with implementation; and perform support services such as design plan reviews and facilitate meetings with FDOT staff and other stakeholders.
