This EIS PD&E Study involved the evaluation of potential corridors that would connect SR 87S at US 90 east of Milton to SR 87N in Milton. This project was an Environmental Impact Statement with a new bridge over Outstanding Florida Waters (OFW) and included USFWS formal consultation. Coordination efforts included utility owners, Whiting Naval Air Station, city and county elected officials, and affected property owners.
